About Colonial Florist & Antiques

Established in 1975, Colonial Florist is proud to be Historic Gordonsville's hometown florist. We offer a variety of styles from country to elegant with a special emphasis on sympathy and wedding work. Come see why we've been the area's favorite florist for over thirty years!

Our shop serves the following areas in Virginia: Gordonsville, Orange, Barboursville, Ruckersville, Stanardsville, Charlottesville, Louisa, Quinque, Troy and Zions Crossroads.

Colonial Florist services the following facilities: Martha Jefferson and University of Virginia (UVA) Hospitals; Preddy's Funeral Homes in Orange, Madison, and Gordonsville; Satchell's Funeral Home in Orange; Thomason and Woodward Funeral Homes in Louisa; Ryan's Funeral Home in Quinque; and Hill & Wood, Teague, Bell, and McClenny Funeral Homes in Charlottesville.

Our shop is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee for Gordonsville of $5.00 is added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside of Gordonsville, the fee varies.

Please note that we do not deliver to the dorms or the Greek houses at the University of Virginia.

If you wish to send flowers to a town we do not service or another state, we will be happy to send the order out for you. A standard delivery fee of $5.00 will be added, along with a wire fee of $8.95.

Same day delivery is guaranteed on orders placed before 12:00 pm EST.

Please be sure on all orders to include a phone number for the recipient, as well as one for yourself when prompted.
